Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and had a great balcony overlooking the creek, but unfortunately, it was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us, but the lack of a Bell Person for large vehicles was a slight inconvenience. The location was ideal for exploring Vail village on foot, but parking information was unclear, causing unnecessary stress during the holidays. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of European-style options, but there were inconsistencies in the availability of certain items. Overall, a stay with both positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, with plenty of closet space, a table with 2 chairs, a desk, and a balcony. While the room was well appointed, it felt a bit cramped with extra chairs stacked in a corner. The service was very attentive, especially when we had an issue getting online. The location was superb, right in the heart of Vail, surrounded by a bustling downtown and pedestrian walkways. The dining experience was adequate for starting the day, offering an assortment of breads, fruit, oatmeal, meats, and cheese. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor room size concerns.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were immaculate and spacious, although a bit noisy due to the main street. The service was top-notch, especially when helping us with internet issues. The location was ideal, right in the heart of town. The dining experience, while authentic, could have offered more variety. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
